• Romans 7:24
• Apart from Christ, all of our good deeds account to being miserable
• It is impossible to be alive in Jesus and to live in sin
• Trying harder is not the answer
• The issue is developing a game plan trying harder, get better, 12 step program - We have to come to end of ourselves, knowing we are a miserable person, who apart from God we are incapable of producing a righteous and Godly life, and that is when Jesus comes rushing in our aid
• Start time and give the issue to Him, and recognize He is alive and able to set you free. 
• Shame and guilt will do you no good.
