“because I’m not who I use to be, I am redeemed.” – BDW.
despite all our failures, He wants us not to remain cringing or condemned about our mistakes, but rather allowing Him to grow us in the very area we are lacking at. not only He turns our weaknesses into strengths, but also cause us to use it as a weapon for His glory. that is how He works --
He does not throw away rotten apples like the world, and deem it as a lost cause, but He cuts off the rotten bits and uses it again to prove to those voice of reasons that He is the hope to all humanity.
even with every slipup, it is how we pick ourselves up that determines the success in our journey. He does not only celebrate when we succeed, but when we have the courage to continue the journey He has called us in. our walk with Him cannot be tainted, penetrated, changed stopped.
What He deems irrevocable will remain so – love it how He has the final say in everything.
“I know You’re causing me to rise above my feelings, especially when faced in moments where the battle between doing what You desire us for, and what we’re experiencing in that present moment does not par up. and when we face those fears head on, our identity of being more than conquerors and ability to all things through You begin to unfold as an experience and reality than just words.
your grace is causing us to rise above new heights, bringing us higher to places we yet soar before. this is the time to not back down, going right into the eye of the storm, and allow rest to take place.
I will rise.”
