"let mercy fall on me..."
- hillsong (mighty to save)
-----
been praising to this song since forever back home, (and home meaning good ol' WA), and the lyrics of this song started to dawn upon not only my head, but heart of hearts -- sipping through and refining every human characteristic trait there is, and being overwhelmed in what He has called for us to be...
the channel of His compassion, His kindness, His saving grace, His mercy, His love that never once has failed, His very representative of hope to the nations...
that despite what the world or people who are close say or do, we do more than turn the other cheek when the intense relationship or criticism starts vomiting in. rather so, we allow them to experience the unexpected yet expected of what He has already equipped and transformed us to be...
sons and daughters of the ever living God, who are so secured in their unchangeable and untainted identity -- that when offense appears, grace and mercy also appears.
and one must not stop when there is a road block, as they are just storms which will lift us right up then the usual stationery position on the ground. He wants to take us higher, to levels that only He can take us.
love how a precious sister, M, who have always said the most anointed and encouraging thing in this grace journey of mine. and it divinely happens in times where one needs it the very most. bless your heart and soul for your words of gold and being expectant with me. since that makes the two of us, He's already working within and behind the scenes.
and as you graciously reminded me, it is because of our very undeserved state that He has called us which is irrevocable, nothing of us can ever change the destiny that He have birthed forth. one's faith learns to rest and fix my eyes on above instead of straight ahead.
it is time to shine our light, and let the whole world see. (working in progress. He that is.)
