when we start settling knowing He has the best for us as an option and not a mere dream, it does not taste as good as what one may imagine. the prolonged cravings are gutted with a blend flavor and ruining your taste buds due to a poor choice and regrets of not taking the best He has to offer -- which was by the way, all along at arm's length and not tucked away in a corner.
we are not destined to settle -- because He did that once and for all at the cross when He cried out those three words that changed and shifted our eternal destiny. and especially not with the aftermath of what He has already done for us. for He died for the worse of the worse, so that now we can have the best of the very best (repost rev).
and best does not mean of what our limited spaces can endure, but rather what He usually does that no human genius of a mind can conjure up. we truly do not understand the severity of what above and beyond can do besides the One who oversees everything.
and to think for a second that His best for us is just as easy as grabbing and receiving what He has to offer, compared to what we think that is unreachable to one's hands. no more second best and hand me downs, for one is loved and not pre-loved to any condition or standards.
it is time for Him to make it happen instead of our own. it is time to receive than achieve. it is time to let God be God then just letting go. and it is time to give Him a shot of what He has to truly offer that is far beyond what one can dare to hope and dream.

"Lord, i surrender. no more a beggar and pauper mentaily due to the lack and natural circumstances. royalty is not what we earn but what You have earned us for with Your very life. your abundance is now what we can freely claim for and live by, and only attracted to our littlest.
reigning is what You do, and what You are gong to do through us. just as You are, so are we Lord, so, are, we."
*and He taught me this through a grocery trip of buying tapioca chips that i've been craving for ages and yet fooled by it's appearance as i was in between another choice (which of course was the better one). oh what wasted calories!
