- But our God is love, and He cannot stop loving humanity, He is obsessed
- "He SO loves the world..." (John 3:16)
- It is illogical, it's ridiculous -- God can't help Himself
- He won't ever stop watching you
- Love is the theme of this life
- Love is the main theme of our existence -- It is the very purpose for which we are created
- We are the objects of His obsession, and nothing can change that obsession
- God loves the world includes you, He so loves you
- Love has become so convoluted: Love can be purchased, is about self and can be found in things
- "I will pay for what is already mine..."
- "The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness there of..."
- God sends His Son to spill His sacred blood on a tortured tool to purchased what is in fact already His
- Humanity is the peculiar unique possession of the Creator unyet He paid a price
- You are already His friend
- It's His goodness that leads people to change
- Hosea means Salvation, and Gomer means Completion
- He won't stop to search the most despicable horrible pockets of this planet to find you and to pay the price for you
- Who is Gomer? Me. And Jesus is my Hosea. And He completes me. Nothing needs to be added when I meet my Hosea. nothing can be added. I am complete. He has paid the price.
- "I will go and I will pay whatever the cost for you"
- It is not neat and tidy when you got to save Gomers
- When you realize you are Gomer, there are more
- This love is messy
- 1 John 4:9-11 - "If God so loved us..."
- When you stand and realize that you are Gomer, and you realize what your Hosea has done for you, and you are complete in Him, and you are accepted, and you are loved, and you are forgiven, and nothing can ever change your position in Christ, something weils up on the inside, and you say I am going to do, whatever it takes to let more Gomers know.
- This gospel will wrack your plans and just changes everything -- Here comes God directing your steps
- We have been an enlarged -- Would you allow God to step in to be your Hosea?
- God has so loved us, we ought to love one another, love the unlovely, love the world
- I want to love people who are bad, but wait a minute, that's me
- I want to love people like He loves people, and like He loves me
- So many souls on the selling block of humanity, and we're coming, and they will be in awe of His goodness
