1. I listen with my heart when someone thinks I did something wrong without defending myself. (I don't just shut up long enough to build my case).
2. I am aware of my weaknesses and I am truly sorry when my weakness has cost other people. (Yes, our weaknesses often hurt others).
3. I allow others to take credit for things that included my contribution. (Ouch)!
4. I have a high value for input from others, and I am correctable, teachable, influenceable, moldable, and leadable. (When you don't ask for advice because you can't image someone telling you something you don't already know; that's arrogance)!
5. I forgive quickly and don't hold grudges because I realize that Jesus forgave me when I didn't deserve it. (Dude, why not rather be wronged).
6. I treat people with respect and kindness even if they have no recourse. (It's the opposite of the Boarder Guard-DMV syndrome. Sorry, if you are a Boarder Guard or you work at the DMV; please don't misuse your authority just because you can. If people had a choice who they wanted to deal with at the DMV or Boarder you might be out of a job. I am just saying… and if the shoe doesn't fit don't wear it.)
