{ DevoRepost: Your Words Carry Power - J. Prince }

"For the word of a King has authority,
His command is backed by great power,
He has the last word.
No one can resist or question it.
Who will or dares say to Him, "What are You doing?"

Ecclesiastes 8:4 (WordRemix: Amp, Message, NLV, NLT, Voice)

-----

Beloved, remember that as a king, what you say will come to pass because where the word of a king is, there is power. So learn to say what God says about you in His Word and see His promises come to pass in your life!

{ Everyone who runs towards Him, makes it }

"What a God!
His road stretches straight and smooth,
and His way is perfect.
His word is tried,
with every God direction road tested,
having all promises proven true.
He is a shield for all who take refuge and putting their trust in Him,
a covering to go to for a safe place.
Everyone who runs towards Him, makes it."

{ DevoRepost: Freedom in Contentment - J. Osteen }

“Actually, I don’t have a sense of needing anything personally
Not that I was ever in need or saying this because I need anything
Or complaining about having too little
I have learnt to be satisfied to the point where I am not disturbed in whatever circumstance
To be content to the point where I am not disturbed
Being happy with whatever I have.”

Phillippains 4:11 (WordRemix: Amp, Common Eng, Contempt Eng, Msg, NLT, NLV)

-----

In life, sometimes it’s easy to get so focused on our dreams and goals that we tune out everything else. We can get to the point where we’re not going to be happy until we see those things happen. But I’ve found that if we have to have something in order to be happy, our lives are out of balance. When our goals and dreams start to frustrate us; when we lose our peace and don’t enjoy life, that’s a clear sign that we’re holding on too tightly. What’s the solution? You’ve got to release it. Freedom comes when you say, “God, I’m turning it all over to You. You know my desires and what’s best for me. I’m choosing to trust You and trust Your timing.”
When we learn to be content whatever the circumstances, it takes away the power of the enemy. It takes away his ability to frustrate us. Not only that, but by our actions we are showing our faith in God. When you choose to trust in His timing, you can live in peace, you can live in joy, and you can rest in Him knowing that He has good things in store for your future. Today, find freedom in contentment and rest in His everlasting peace.

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: Panel - Worship Leaders }

  • "Remember to dance with the One who brought you." (K. Jobe)
  • "It can feel monotonous if you allow it to." (J. Houston)
in everything, we have a choice to make which will determine the direction in our lives when we are at crossroads, or a stepping stone to a possible new journey. at the end of it all, one has learnt that our security does not base on just the results of our choices, but by the core of our source that never runs dry.

indeed, i look forward to the day where the hand of Grace prepares a table with an absolute feast in  front of our enemies and fears. now that is something to be excited about and it won't be long. anytime now...

{ DevoRepost: Rest And Receive Your Miracle - J. Prince }

"There remains therefore a rest for the people of God."

Hebrews 4:9

-----

In the healing of the paralyzed man at the pool of Bethesda (John 5:1–16), Jesus knew that for 38 years, the man had been flat on his back, unable to do anything for himself or others, no matter how hard he struggled.

In the case of the woman oppressed with a spirit of infirmity (Luke 13:10–13), Jesus knew that the woman had been bowed over for 18 years. And in that condition, she saw very little that was beautiful in life, only the dusty ground, dirty sandals and bruised feet.

What about the man with a withered hand? (Luke 6:6–10) Jesus knew from His carpenter days how a useless hand could have easily given the man a very poor sense of self-worth.

I believe that all three of them must have struggled for so long to get back on their feet, to try to lift themselves up, to attempt to do something about their situations, only to be disappointed each time they failed. In fact, they got so frustrated with striving to get better that by the time they met Jesus, they had probably given up trying to change their situations.

It was then that Jesus came and extended His offer to turn their situations around. And when they embraced His offer, they received the miracles that they had sought for so long.

You too may have been struggling to get back on your feet, or to lift yourself out of the problem that has sorely weighed you down. You have attempted to do whatever you could, hoping that it would amount to something, but you have been frustrated time and again. My friend, God wants you to cease from all your struggling and accept the offer He extends to turn your situation around.

It is no coincidence that all three of them received their miracles on the Sabbath, the day of rest for the Jews. God’s Word says, “There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.” The day you cease from your own laboring and striving, and rest in the finished work of Christ, is the day you receive your miracle.

Jesus has done all the work. Whatever you need has been provided for at the cross. So just be at rest and receive your miracle!

{ With or Without You (U2 Cover) - Boyce Avennue ft. Kina Grannis }

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: Round Table - B&B. Houston & J&V. Osteen }

·         It was me and fear and I made a decision, that fear is not going to beat me (V. Osteen)
·         “Do you get nervous?” (B.Houston) “I don’t think about myself, I just want to help people.” (J. Meyer)
·         The conviction will get greater than the fear factor, growing in confidence. It is not about preaching, but giving an expression on what God has been doing in our life. If they are telling their story about Jesus Christ, it is going to be anointed and powerful. Everyone can do it. (B. Houston)
·         The blessing with chase you down when you are faithful (J. Osteen)
·         The ministry is not build on no one but on Jesus Christ. Continue to do what God has told you faithfully, until God gives you further instructions. (J. Osteen)
·         Continue to be faithful in what you are doing right now (J.Osteen)
·         Every single step of the way, you needed the experience and God uses everything. Even in the mundane, God will set you up and waste nothing if you will work unto God and believe this is His divine destiny. He can use every experience in your life. (V. Osteen)

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: “Anchored Hope” – B. Houston }

·         An anchored hope is very different
·         Hebrews 6:19 (NLT)
·         Anchored hope is built on two unshakable and unchangeable things – An oath and a promise
·         Hebrews 6:13
·         “Those who receive the promise can be perfectly sure that He will never change His mind”
·         It is impossible for God to lie
·         The anchored hope is the hope that anchors the soul
·         The oath is something that God took
·         When God gave Abraham a promise, He wanted to give an oath but He couldn’t take an oath that is higher a name than His own, and what He did, was He took an oath on His own name which is the highest authority there is
·         The oath is buildt on God’s name, and the promise is buildt on God’s word
·         A hope that can take us through the storm
·         His name is higher, His name is greater, His word unfailing, His promise unshaken – all my hope is in You and that is called anchored hope
·         It is on God’s name and on God’s word
·         Any authority is on your name and your word
·         We can fulfill gods purpose on our life and walk into a new situation
·         There is  no greater authority then the word of God
·         The truth is there is no name there is greater than Jesus
·         We can do so much with a comforting word, but we can also represent the unchangeable truth that is where real anchored hope lies right there
·         What if you put your trust in God’s word and name and God does not do it in your way? If we want to know gods way in our life, we have to take on his thinking which he does not always do it in our way
·         Daniel 3:17
·         Trust him even when it seems He does not do in your way – in the truth God does do it
·         Still believe in His unchanable truth – whether He does it or don’t that our trust is in Him
·         We always want the best way in miracles
·         Have your heart set in the right place
·         “Your delight is in the word of the Lord…”
·         Mediate on the word that is sun failing and full of promise day and night
·         Whatever you do does prosper, and exactly what prospers, is determined by what you do – where is your hope, where is your heart set, where do you run to
·         Anchored hope is steadfast and sure, taking us out of the natural and into the eternal, out of the presence and into the veil
·         Our foundation is going to have the right thing prospering in our lives and we shall bear fruit in our season
·         We can find ourselves standing on a name that is above others that is an anchor to our soul
·         Psalm 112:6 “Surely he will never be shaken”
·         Often in life we feel in the shaking, but we will never be shaken lose
·         When we build our hope on the right things, we will feel the shaking, but by God’s grace we will never be shaken lose
·         We shall not have vain hope that one day destiny just flows your way for once, but a hope on who God is, what His name is, and even if He does not, we will not bow down
·         We will not be afraid of bad news or evil tidings
·         Our heart is established and will not be fearful
·         The hope will get us through, overcoming and be victorious
·         Fill your heart and soul with hope
·         Psalm 42:5 “Hope in God for I shall yet praise Him…”

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: “Recover” - Charles Nieman }

·         When life does not play along, you got to let Him in – Him, the ‘now’ God
·         You got to let Him into your now and this moment
·         “I AM…” (Yahweh – Jesus, Redeemer, Deliver, Savior, The hand of grace)
·         The same God in the burning bush is standing in front of you
·         “I AM the resurrection and the life…”
·         The more you know, the more free you can be
·         The more you understand, the better your life is going to be
·         Resurrection – “I AM the stand up and the recovery…”
·         Sometimes you do not know if you can’t get up, even when you tried – You do not have to get up, all you do is let Him who is in you, stand up in You and come out on the inside
·         When He comes up, you are coming up too - He will stand you up because He is, not you
·         Life – “I AM the life that satisfies dwelling in your life”
·         That night, Jesus stood up in me, and He never sat back down
·         People may leave you, but Jesus will not
·         You have to put your focus that He is the life that satisfies, and you have to let Him stay in that place
·         Don’t say you cannot live without this thing or person,  as you are putting them in a place where He belongs
·         Is Jesus who gave me life
·         You still have to live, you can’t quit
·         You need to get your roar back
·         You need to become indignant (aroused in anger due to injustice) on what happened to you – You cannot be pushed in passive acceptance
·         He will cause you to bear more fruit, doing more and accomplishing more
·         2 Cor 11
·         Paul never said “Why me?” even if he could of – He could easily look at his life and say Jesus,
“K’mon man!”
·         What happened with your lost one, happens between them and the Lord, and it is none of your business
·         What is your business is what happens between you and Him, and that is what is important to you
·         1 Sam 30
·         Sometimes really crummy stuff happens to good people - I do not concern myself with things too wonderful for me, but I do concern with things that I do respond, and Friday is coming
·         Life keeps coming, and it is all about how you respond to it
·         Bitter – Intensely hostile, anger and madness
·         You got to be careful with bitterness in your life, and it sends out roots and spreads out in other areas – it will suck you under
·         You may be able to justify it, but you got to let Jesus to dig that root out of your life else you will end up by yourself
·         “But David encouraged Himself in the Lord…”
·         “You shall pursue, you shall overtake, and you shall recover all!” – David asked for two, but God gave him three
·         Let Him who is the stand up and recovery, define recovery to you
·         We need to show the enemy
·         Do not try to define recovery and you may not know what it is, but just enjoy it
·         He is going to step into your life to You, and He is going to do some really good stuff into your life right now – “The word comes to You”
·         He will reach into your hearts, and heal you, right here and right now, as you are choosing to be recovered, and no longer going through life with a limp and bruised
·         You will stand up! Jesus will stand up in us, causing us to recover all, to get up, and walk, and not only walk, but when necessary run. Because He is renewing our strength, we are like eagles now, not just dead meat on the ground.
·         Mount it up because of Jesus - He is my life that satisfies, because He dwells in my life, and today, He heals, restores, encourages, bless, renew, recover, strengthen, empower and fix, every life, every one, male or female, young or old, and we thank Him for it
·         Right here, right now, I choose to be recovered!”
·         I am not going to get better, I am better - This is my independence day
