{ Hillsong Conf 2013: Spirt Led Life - Scott Samways }

  • Miracles, healing, signs and wonders - Expectation that Jesus had
  • Everything You read the word of God, you'll have an expectation that things will produce.
  • "Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it." (Jeremiah 1:12 KJV)
  • As the blind man was made for miracles, we too are made for miracles!
  • "He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight." (John 9:11 KJV)
  • God's methods are unorthodox. His ways are not our ways.
  • Make sure your mind does not stand in the way of your miracles.
  • Miracles are supernatural God wants to move in our situation - Our God is willing and able
  • Faith will take you where reason cannot go - Trust in The Lord and lean not on your own understanding
  • Faith dwells in your heart and not your head
  • Stop looking for a method. Your miracle is in the word!
  • The righteous man shall not fear over bad news - God will give you a promise/word when you dwell in His word. Sometimes He will give you the directions and not the details.
  • Just do it and believe for it
  • The blind man went to wash in the pool of Silom because He had an expectation. He took Jesus at His word.
  • Strongholds start to form in our life when things go wrong
  • Rational strongholds based on facts, irrational strongholds based on fear
  • "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17 KJV)
  • Circumstances will try to bring you away from the word of God. The word will be the final authority in our life.
  • It's not what we know, but Who we know! Jesus! He has got a supernatural strategy and victories against our natural enemies. The battle is The Lord's and the victories are ours!

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: The Instinct to Increase - TD Jakes }

  • Principles of the kingdom given to us by parables
  • Matthew 25:15-29
  • All the slaves have been gifted! No matter the amount it's still a gift.
  • God is not fair, but He is just!
  • He gives gifts according to their ability, what they are able to handle. They don't have the same amount but they each have opportunities!
  • You don't want what other people have but what God has for you!
  • Be fruitful and turn that opportunity into something
  • Don't make the mistake of exposing your fear and burying your talents! Instead, expose your talents and bury your fear!
  • What are you going to do with what God has given you?
  • God is holding you to working your talents in your level. Do not compare!
  • Work that thing! Do something with every single opportunity given. It's not about commandment but about instinct!
  • Follow your instinct placed in your heart.
  • His word is good and it is priceless!
  • Sow into your instinct. Harvest time is here. Obey the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

{ Hillsong Conf 2013: God loves the world – Judah Smith }

·         The bible day, you have a lot of teachers, but you don't have a lot of fathers
·         “For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
·         “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.” (Romans 5:6, 7)
·         God loves you and knows you by name - God loves people that He knows will never love Him back or acknowledge His sacrifice.
·         Jesus died for the ungodly
·         God is love, and He so love us
·         Love is the very purpose of our creation, and we are the object of God's obsession - He will always watch over us
·         “Then said the Lord unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of wine. So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley.” (Hosea 3:1, 2 KJV)
·         In modern society, people believe that love can be purchased, be found in material things. But our God will demonstrate what love is - The earth is The Lord's, but yet He paid a price to redeem what was already His
·         “And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee. For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God, and David their king; and shall fear the Lord and his goodness in the latter days.” (Hosea 3:3-5 KJV)
·         Hosea: Salvation (Jesus)
·         He finds us, pays the price for us. Jesus Is my Hosea. Nothing needs or can be added. I am complete. The price has been paid.
·         “In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.” (1 John 4:9-11 KJV)

·         For God so love us, let’s start loving the world

{ Only Him & His Time }

"Listen up people, there is NO METHOD.
 There is ONLY God and HIS timing.
 That’s it."

_K&S (All the Single Ladies)

{ God's Timing }

The vision that God has given
And the things that He has planned,
May not happen right away
Or in ways that we understand

For often God’s preparing us
For when that day arrives
When we will see the outworking
Of God’s vision in our lives

Though it tarries, wait for it,
For it will surely come
God’s timing never comes too late,
He’ll accomplish what He’s begun

God is never slow to act;
He will surely bring it to pass
We need not be anxious and despair,
But have peace within our hearts

For when it comes, we’ll be released
Into what the Lord’s prepared,
So we will fulfil all that He’s planned
As we are being gently led.

{ Glorious Ruins: Glorious Ruins - Hillsong }

been harping on this for months now... something that the rest of His needs to know, needs to experience, needs to be secured in among such a time where answers and stability is seemingly unknown. unyet, we as His righteous and anointed ones knows that our glorious endings are already written in (His)tory, which overwrites all else that attempts to place a false and temporal ending. we shall see forth that all ruins, even the impossible ones, rising up from the dead, and heading to a glorious progression, with Grace reigning high above our heads, and over the clouds for the world to see His wonderous beauty.

“Ruins can speak of crushing defeat or perhaps of something abandoned, but the good news today is that the ruins come to life. …Through Jesus Christ what we look at is ruins that become glorious...” (B. Houston)

{ DailyDevo: Seek God’s Kingdom And He Will Solve Your Problems }

"The kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit."

Romans 14:17
-----

Are you troubled by many things today? For example, are you concerned about your rebellious teenager? Perhaps you see him as your problem, so you do your best to discipline him, only to end up with a heart full of worries and pain. And he is no better!

God says to you, “Don’t focus on controlling your rebellious teenager. Instead, seek first My kingdom, which is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Be conscious of the righteousness you have as a gift from My Son. Keep your inner man flowing with My peace and joy, and I will take care of your child.”

We tend to think that the people around us are the problem. When we don’t get the promotion we want, we blame our bosses and colleagues. When we lose our temper, we blame our wives and kids. However, God wants us to stop looking outside and to start looking within because His kingdom is within us. (Luke 17:21)

The abundance of the kingdom of God is already inside you. As you seek first God’s kingdom, and follow His righteousness, peace and joy, the abundance within you will flow out and become a reality in your circumstances. (Matthew 6:33) You will find that God has not only taken care of what is troubling you, but has also added blessings to you, be it a promotion, well-behaved kids or a loving wife.

“But Pastor Prince, how do I keep my inner man flowing with righteousness, peace and joy?”

Be conscious of your righteousness in Christ. Don’t be conscious of your sins and problems. Listen to anointed sermons that remind you of how righteous you are because of the perfect sacrifice of Christ. Peace and joy flow when you know that all your sins have been forgiven because of Jesus’ finished work.

So the next time something troubles you, don’t focus on correcting the problem. Instead, seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness. Make it a priority to have your inner man flowing with His peace and joy, and He will take care of that problem for you!

{ End of one thing, beginning of another. }

As one would like to live in the past glories and happiness, one also knows that life needs to move on and make way for the greater to come. As A has declared, “When one good thing ends, another better one comes along.”

Just super grateful for all the blessings and relationships He has blessed me with during my years here… and just thinking about it brings one to happy tears how His grace was so loving and faithful through all those moments. Indeed everything comes in due season, and when that soon ends, the harvest was well worth the wait and time of pruning and growth.

Funny how the ones you connect with the most are now embarking on a complete new journey and purpose which He has destined from the start of it all. Grace does make the impossible possible despite our human barriers and limitations. Surprising us each time and confronting our doubts and fears face on.

There is so much to give extreme thanks for, but at the same time, so much to look forward to. Till that comes, one is enjoying the present that always living the future, or even the past. As He has promised, the latter is always greater, Grace has never failed to supersede that very word.

Life is not much of the destination as one knows that will eventually come, but more so the steps that leads up to it which constantly allows us to experience the growth and maturity of one whose sole life is trusted upon someone greater.

And till now, He has never failed, and would never will which is the very base and absolute security that no one or very thing can every give. When one experiences such a love, nothing else can match up or satisfy.

Here's to the brand new and start of radical beginnings...

{ Only Him who gets you the most }

The choices and consequences are clear. Rely on people alone, and life will be tough and brutish. Rely on the one True God, and life will be rich and productive.

"The heart is most devious and incurably sick.
Who can understand it?
It is I, the Eternal One, who probes the innermostheart
and examines the innermost thoughts.
I will compensate each person justly,
according to his ways and by what his actions deserve."

Jeremiah 17:9-10 (The Voice)

{ DailyRepost: Rest and Find God's Grace }

"And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him."

Luke 2:40

-----

Let’s look at the word “grace” when it is first mentioned in the Bible. Genesis 6:8 says that “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord”. Noah’s name means “rest”. So the verse is telling us that rest found grace. In other words, when you rest, you find grace!

So grace was upon Jesus because His life was a life of rest and trust in His Father. He said, “The Son can do nothing of Himself. He can do only what He sees His Father doing.” (John 5:19)

Likewise, grace comes upon you when you rest and trust God. If you have a wayward child, stop nagging at him and trust God to handle the problem. Say, “Jesus, I commit this boy into Your hands. I cannot control him. You can.” If you have a persistent pain in your body, bring it to the Lord. Say, “Jesus, I hand all my worries about this pain to You. You work on the pain.”

“Pastor Prince, what if nothing happens?”

Honestly, if after you have given the matter to Jesus and nothing happens, what can you do? If Jesus Himself can’t do anything about it, do you think you can? But praise God, once the problem is handed over to Jesus, He can and will do a perfect work of taking care of it for you!

So live a life of rest. Have this attitude and tell the Lord, “I can do nothing of myself. I just rest in You Lord and I trust You.” Beloved, what you will see is the grace of God upon you in every situation of your life!

{ DailyDevo Repost: Right Place, Right Time }

"...the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favor to men of skill; but time and chance happen to them all."

Ecclesiastes 9:11

-----

God’s Word tells us that being faster, stronger and wiser does not automatically make you a winner in life. No, it is actually being at the right place at the right time that causes you to receive blessings. And God, who holds time and chance in His hands, is the only one who can put you at the right place at the right time.

He did this for Ruth. She trusted God for favor when she went looking for a field in which to glean. (Ruth 2:2) Then, the Bible tells us that “she happened to come to the part of the field belonging to Boaz, who was of the family of Elimelech”. (Ruth 2:3) Of all the fields in Bethlehem, she happened to end up in Boaz’s field, and he was a close relative of Elimelech, her father-in-law. This meant that Boaz was her potential kinsman redeemer, someone who could redeem her from her plight as a young, childless widow in a foreign land.

Boaz also happened to be “a man of great wealth” (Ruth 2:1), and as it turned out, he was willing to redeem Ruth. (Ruth 4:9–10) All these right happenings could only mean that God had placed Ruth in the right place at the right time.

I believe that the very day Ruth told her mother-in-law that the God of Israel would be her God (Ruth 1:16), God took note of it and made everything happen right for her.

Today, God also wants you to know that because you have said, “God, You are My God,” He will be your God of divine happenings. He will place you at the right place at the right time, where you will meet the right people, do the right things and even escape danger!

You may not know where all the great opportunities are, but God does. He was the one who put in you the skills, talents and gifts that you have, and He knows where you need to be, when you should be there and what you need to be doing to be truly fulfilled!
